Reel Factory

A production line for short-form video — planned, scripted, shot and edited at a volume that keeps a channel alive.

Reel Factory is a repeatable short-form video production process. Instead of commissioning one video at a time, content is planned in batches, scripted, produced and edited on a schedule so a channel publishes consistently without a scramble each week.

Why volume matters more than polish.

A single beautifully produced video, published once, does very little. Short-form platforms reward consistency: the account that publishes four times a week for three months outperforms the one that publishes a masterpiece a month.

Reel Factory exists to make that volume sustainable. Batching is the mechanism — scripts written together, filmed in one session, edited as a group — which is why the cost per video falls as the batch grows.

How a batch works.

We agree a theme and a set of scripts. Filming happens in a single session, often two to three hours, covering the whole batch. Editing follows, and the videos are scheduled across the following weeks.

This suits executives with no time to spare: one session a month produces a month of content.

Scripting.

Every reel starts with a written script and a hook — the first two seconds decide whether anything else is watched. Scripts are written to be spoken naturally, not read aloud like a press release.

We keep the spoken words and the on-screen text aligned, because captions that drift from the audio are one of the most common reasons short-form video gets scrolled past.

Formats we produce.

Talking-head pieces, text-and-motion explainers, product and service showcases, and art-led pieces built entirely in graphics. Not every video needs a person on camera, and some messages land better without one.

What's included.

How we work.

  1. Batch planning We agree how many videos, on what themes, and when they publish.
  2. Scripting Scripts written with hooks and approved before filming.
  3. Filming One session covers the batch, typically two to three hours.
  4. Editing Cut, captioned and formatted for each platform.
  5. Publishing Scheduled across the agreed weeks.

Worth knowing.

Frequently asked questions

How many reels can you produce in a batch?

The batch size is agreed before filming. It depends on the formats involved — a talking-head piece and a fully animated explainer take different amounts of editing time — and we will give you a realistic number rather than an optimistic one.

Do I need to be on camera?

No. We produce art-led and text-driven reels where no presenter is needed, and some messages work better that way.

How long does a batch take?

Scripting and planning come first, filming happens in one session, and editing follows. The schedule is agreed before we start.

Can you work from footage I already have?

Yes, if the footage is usable quality and shot in a suitable frame. We will tell you honestly if it is not.

Do you handle the music and sound?

Yes. Music is licensed for commercial use, and audio is mixed and levelled for phone speakers.

Who decides what the videos say?

You approve every script before filming. We write them, you own the message.
